Kilroy Was Here

Austin was in his first play! It was call Kilroy Was Here. It is a musical comedy set in the early 1940's. Most of the action takes place in the U.S.O. club ( The Serviceman's 'Home Away From Home'). Private Joe Kilroy is a young soldier who draws a curious cartoon face everywhere he goes. He is the only one who knows where the next Allied convoy will converge. The enemy agents will stop at nothing to learn his secret. Austin played a Marine named Jack Smith and did a great job!
Getting hypnotized
I love the confidence that Austin has! He even rocked the guy liner! I loved watching him preform. I think it was such a good experience for him!

Now that it is over, I'm happy to have Austin around again! He had practice Monday through Friday from 5pm-7pm. He would go straight from school, to baseball practice, to play practice. By the time he got home and had dinner and did his homework, it was time for bed. I missed having him around during the week!
