Going Home

Still catching up...

In early October, less than two months after we moved to Utah, we made a trip home to Clovis.  Jason's company paid for our family to fly back "to wrap things up" there.  We were thrilled to not have to make the 12 hour drive!  We had never flown with all of the kids before.  I made sure everyone had a backpack filled with everything they would need to stay busy and entertained on the flight and it went much better than we thought it would!

Little Paige was still bringing her "berrr" from Build-A Bear with her everywhere and kept her company on the plane.

Paige colored most of the flight and was super easy and cute. 

It felt so good to be back, but so weird to drive by our old house and know someone else was living there!  Ashlyn played with her best friend Katie almost every day.  I didn't take any pictures though!!  We got to watch one of Brynne's soccer games.

We went out to dinner for Jason's birthday with some of our friends.  Again, I was terrible about taking pictures.  Jen got this one on her phone.

We LOVED our time with our friends and were sad when it was time to go.  It was a great trip but left me feeling very homesick.
